I would like to have a flash animation design and a joomla template design.

The flash animation has the following rough sequences:

0. the whole page is blank with background color only
1. central image showing up from center
2. left image coming in from the left
3. right image coming in from the right
4. movie scroller coming in from the bottom.
note.
for movie scroller, it's a moving strip where there are many small movie images on it. 

Upon mouse over, the scroller stops moving. 

upon clicking on the small movie image, there is small pop up windows where showing a few lines of descriptions.

For the Joomla Template Design,
it should cater to show the animation above.
the actual design of the site will be given.
You have to convert into the Joomla Template only.

We have an immediate need for a Joomla template developer.  We have a design template in place that we will need to revise to suit an existing Photoshop design.  If you have experience with template design for Joomla, please send us links for which you have developed the design template.  We also need this project complete this week, so immediate availability is mandatory.  Thanks for your interest.

Project Details:

I have an ongoing need for development and maintence on 2 joomla 1.5 sites. Both sites are well established. One will need custom modules and components from time to time, the other will need a new theme coded for it soon. Main things I am looking for:
* Proven, expert level CSS2 and CSS3 with code samples
* Basic web design & image production proficiency
* PHP proficiency - must be able to work on and maintain custom modules and components created by other devs, must be able to write new modules and components as the need arises
* must be available on a regular basis, within 24 hours notice, and provide realiable service as well as quick turnaround

Llong-term commitment is more important to us. We would like to establish an ongoing relationship with a design and dev partner.

There are generally 4-5 minor updates made to the site per month, each update's design & dev time lasting anywhere from a quick, 1-day turnaround to a week or more. 

Most importantly, we are looking for a person or team that is *consist in their work* and *consistently available to work on short notice*, as we often get requests from clients that require 24hr turnaround.
