Create clean HTML and CSS template

Project details:
We have an existing web site with a number of pages that are dynamically generated. We're looking for someone to do the following:
- create a new page template using static HTML and clean CSS that has the look and feel of the existing pages (same appearance and nav bar)
- create a new nav bar using a known library such as Drop Down Tabs with the look and feel of our existing nav bar
- place the content in the existing 17 web pages into new HTML pages using the template
This will require expert knowledge of CSS to either edit our existing CSS, or create new CSS to match (whichever is easier). It will also require experience with Javascript, to set up the new nav bar and a few other small dynamic parts of the pages. |

Develop website from psd file

Project Details:
We have a website that is currently designed. We are looking for some one to turn the design into a website.
The design currently includes a home page and sub page. The website should be create in CSS and be XHTML compliant. The website should have a common header and footer created using PHP.
All copy and design work is already created.
There will be a wordpress blog that will also need to be set up and themed to match the site.
There is going to be about 8 pages plus a blog. All pages are based on the home page and sub page designs that are created. |
