Project details:

We have an existing web site with a number of pages that are dynamically generated. We're looking for someone to do the following:

- create a new page template using static HTML and clean CSS that has the look and feel of the existing pages (same appearance and nav bar)

- create a new nav bar using a known library such as Drop Down Tabs with the look and feel of our existing nav bar

- place the content in the existing 17 web pages into new HTML pages using the template

This will require expert knowledge of CSS to either edit our existing CSS, or create new CSS to match (whichever is easier). It will also require experience with Javascript, to set up the new nav bar and a few other small dynamic parts of the pages.
