Project Details:

We have a website that is currently designed.  We are looking for some one to turn the design into a website.  

The design currently includes a home page and sub page.  The website should be create in CSS and be XHTML compliant.  The website should have a common header and footer created using PHP.
All copy and design work is already created.  

There will be a wordpress blog that will also need to be set up and themed to match the site.  
There is going to be about 8 pages plus a blog.  All pages are based on the home page and sub page designs that are created.
